Virgin Voyages’ Black Friday 2024 Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Details. Virgin Voyages is offering reduced voyage fares of $99 USD per person per day on our Insider “Lock-It-in Rates” and $100 USD promotional Bar Tab on select voyages and cabin categories.

2. Eligible Bookings. Booking window: 12:01 a.m. US east coast local time 25 November 2024 to 11:59 p.m. US east coast local time 03 December 2024.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The Virgin Voyages’ Black Friday 2024 Offer, is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Voyages. The following voyages are eligible, with availability based on open inventory:

3.2. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are also excluded from the offer.

3.3. Eligible Cabins, $99 USD Rate: Only applicable on the Lock-It-in Insider cabin.

3.4. Eligible Cabins, $100 Bar Tab: Only Rockstar Quarters and select Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins are eligible for the Bar Tab in the “ Virgin Voyages’ Black Friday 2024” Offer. The select Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Bar Tab does not apply to the following cabins: all Lock It In Rate cabins, Mega Rockstar, Sea View and Insider Meta Cabin Categories.

3.5. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

• The $99 USD Rate, is not combinable with any other offer including our Casino Rates, Interline Rates, Affinity Circles program, Promotional Net Rates, heavily reduced voyage fare discount offers, or any other previous offers.
• The $100 Bar Tab, is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

• The $100 Bar Tab, is not combinable with any other promotions, discounts, or credits.

3.6. The $99 USD per person per day Insider “Lock-It-in Rates” will convert to 139 CAD and £79 (GBP).

3.7. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced Voyage Fare, after the offer is applied. The $100 promotional Bar Tab is non-commissionable.

Exclusive Sailor Loot Terms & Conditions:

Sailor Loot is Virgin’s cheeky way of saying onboard credit. Once on board, Sailors can use it to make purchases on items like specialty drinks, spa treatments, tattoos, retail, Shore Things and more!

Unlike Future Voyage Credit, Sailor Loot cannot be used on pre-voyage purchases, including Bar Tab. All Sailor Loot is dedicated to the sailing it is applied to, and any unused funds will not be refunded or rolled over after the voyage ends.

$100 Sailor Loot is per cabin on select sailings. Applicable on all cabin categories for new bookings only. Booking cannot be made within 7 days of the sail date. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from this offer. Sailor Loot is combinable with all current offers & My Next Virgin Voyage as long as it is for an eligible sailing. The $100 onboard credit is not combinable with contracted Circles bookings, or with deeply discounted Voyage Fare rates (including, but not limited to some Access Keys, Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, Interline Rates, First Mate Rates, etc.). $100 Sailor Loot is not automatically added at time of booking. Virgin Voyages will manually add the $100 credit to new qualifying bookings within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
