Most Professional Service Ever!
I was in the market for a new travel agent in the fall and I was given Christiane’s contact info. We had a chat and I was immediately comfortable with her and her approach. I have not known Christiane for long, but in that short time, she’s been extremely helpful and available in dealing with some challenging situations. Whether it was re-routing our reservations from devastated St. Marteen to Curacao or finding us a new reservation when our old one unexpectedly cancelled. Christiane is a fountain of information, extremely professional and beyond helpful in any situation. I highly recommend Christiane to anyone who is looking to travel with confidence.

Christiane took the time to truly understand what would make our travel experience great and then planned an adventure that far exceeded all of our expectations. She was attentive, responsive, proactive and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Planning was stress free and fun, she provided pre-trip 'tips & tricks', and need to know info. as well as checking-in while we were travelling and availing herself day and night to answer any questions and/or following up on our every need. Christiane was very professional and always available. She gave me great information and was open and honest. We chatted on the phone with Christiane for about 15 minutes discussed what we were looking for, what we liked and what we didn't, she was very detail oriented and quick in sending multiple options to chose from. she really provided us with an awesome vacation within our budget.
I have already referred Christiane to my Boss and she would definitely be my "to go to" travel consultant for my next big trip.

Christiane was great to work with. She is very detail-oriented and provided us with lots of options for our honeymoon. In the end, we selected an amazing resort and she definitely did not lead us astray. It was such an amazing trip and she made the process so easy for us and even helped us book our seats, etc. Lots of follow-up afterwards to make sure it was everything we want.
